Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and adaptive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families to support student development.
- Utilize specialized instructional strategies to engage students and facilitate learning.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working with students with Complex Needs.
- Strong understanding of the latest educational practices for special education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in special education.
