Your Role:

• You will work closely with their students so you should be compassionate, full of energy, patient and understanding.
• Provide them with the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Work with students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other complex needs.
• Provide support to students with challenging behavioural needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A passion for helping students with special educational needs.
• Some familiarity with the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skill.
• Is expected to dress in smart, casual, and practical attire.
• Need to be punctual and consistent.
• You must possess child and adult DBS.
