Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
- Provide support and supervision to children during classroom activities
- Help maintain a safe and clean learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Assist with mealtime routines and diaper changing as needed
- Engage in play-based learning activities with the children
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience and understanding when working with young children
- Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to follow directions and carry out tasks as assigned by the lead teacher
