About the Role:
We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a variety of SEN.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
- Familiarity with the UK SEN Code of Practice.
