Hourly Rate: £12.31 - £13.16 per hour
Salary: £21,995.67 - £23,514.45 dependant on experience and qualifications Plus £1000 Welcome bonus *
Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time Only

The Role
You will have the opportunity to support the children ages 7-16 with communication difficulties typically associated with Autism spectrum conditions. We need your help to ensure every child is equipped to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment. Your expertise in planning and assessing learning activities will directly impact the progress of students with special educational needs. Collaborating closely with the teacher, you'll play a key role in monitoring and reporting their development, making a real difference in their educational experience. Your positive influence on behaviour and adaptability to changes will create a supportive environment crucial for their growth and well-being. You will experience making a meaningful impact on the lives of these children, contributing to their overall development and fostering a positive learning environment.

What you will need
- GCSE Maths and English qualification minimum Grade 4 or equivalent is essential.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Experience of working in a special school environment is highly desirable.
- Team TEACH Training- desirable
