Role and Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to children with diverse needs, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The role involves assisting with personal care, feeding, and wheelchair handling.

Key Requirements:
- Willingness to support children with various needs, including ASD, PMLD, SLD, SEMH.
- Ability to handle personal care, feeding, and wheelchair assistance.
- Proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or related fields.
