SalaryWe are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced SEN tutors to join the team of Remedy Tutors in and round the Southend area. As an SEN tutor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the skills of our diverse student population.
Responsibilities:
- Assess student's progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills across core subjects.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident to express themselves.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to student development.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and adapt them to meet the needs of individual students.
Requirements:
- Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Exhibit a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on student's lives.
- Showcase creativity and flexibility in lesson planning, adapting to different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a patient and empathetic approach when working with students facing learning challenges.
