Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: Merseyside (various locations)
Salary: £25+ per hour
Contract: rest of the academic year
Reed Further Education are recruiting SEN tutor in Merseyside, full or part time for the rest of the academic year.
As an SEN Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential. Your personalized approach and adaptability will make a positive impact on their academic and personal development.
The successful Tutor will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience teaching young people with additional needs.
- A good understanding and commitment to Safeguarding
- A UK Recognised Teaching Qualification, such as PGCE or equivalent
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one.
"All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
Reed Further Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment by completing mandatory training within 6 weeks of your first assignment and annually thereafter."
