We have a rewarding opportunity to work within our Children, Families and Education department where you’ll be an integral part of the National SEND & AP Transformation team involved in testing and demonstrating impact of the national reforms as part of the local authority’s test and learn programme.
You’ll be responsible for gathering data and information from a range of sources to create a baseline for evaluating progress and impact of the pilot projects as part of the programme.
You’ll liaise with all those involved in the Transformation programme to monitor progress and impact of the initiatives against agreed targets and performance indicators.
This post links to the DFE Change Programme to test and refine the Change Programme reforms. The Change Programme seeks to understand how to move the SEND system forward nationally, by testing the five system level reforms:

To be successful in this role you’ll be flexible and able to manage priorities, moving between pieces of work as necessary, with the ability to work as part of a fast-moving team

You must have an understanding of evaluation processes and the ability to think creatively in devising appropriate methods to capture a broad range of contributory Evidence and Data
