We are seeking a SEND Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only

Salary: M1 - M6 Teaching pay scale - Final salary based on experience

As a SEND Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the individual needs of students SEND
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment 
• Differentiating instruction to accommodate the diverse learning styles and abilities of students
• Implementing EHCPs and interventions to address the specific needs and challenges of students
• Collaborating with parents, carers, and external professionals to develop and implement effective strategies 
• Monitoring student progress and assessing learning outcomes to inform instructional planning and ensure that individual learning goals are met.
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and achievement, in accordance with school policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An Enhanced DBS check, demonstrating suitability to work with children and young people.
• Previous experience working within a school setting, preferably with children on the autistic spectrum or with sensory/speech impairments.
• A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification, demonstrating your knowledge of effective teaching practices.
