SEND Teaching Assistant | Personal specification:

• Previous experience working with children who have complex needs is required.
• Degree educated (from a UK University) or health and social care background.
• Someone with good literacy and numeracy skills, that can communicate effectively with young people who have learning disabilities.
• Emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in challenging situations.
