What we are looking for:

We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic SENDCo/Inclusion Lead starting November 2024. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an expert in adaptive teaching and has the ability to impart that knowledge to all staff
  • Has the ability to critically reflect and be part of whole school decision making and change

  • High expectations of pupils, colleagues and themselves
  • Willingness to work within a church school ethos
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to contribute to the wider curriculum, offering enrichment opportunities to all
  • Effectively promotes and develops the vision, culture and ethos of the school
