Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Oversee a team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist in high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Provide detailed reports on revenue and market performance.
- Attend industry events in the Leeds area and beyond.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Account Director should have:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and teams.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Media & Agency industry.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
