Our client is a successful, award-winning Creative Agency that offers professional marketing services to many businesses. They are a highly talented and motivated team that delivers exceptional results in a fun and creative way. Due to Maternity leave, they are looking to acquire the services of a Senior Account Manager to join the team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full-time basis. You will be responsible for client accounts, fostering Strong client relationships, and supporting business retention and growth targets. The ideal candidate must have previous working experience in a Creative/Marketing agency.
Main Responsibilities
* Take day-to-day responsibility for client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and actively contributing to business retention and growth targets by developing and executing comprehensive Client Development Plans.
* Effectively plan, manage, and bring projects to successful conclusions, ensuring a high standard of creative quality and client service, even when working under tight deadlines.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, including their objectives, brand, market positioning, competition, and challenges.
* Create clear and inspiring briefs to guide the creative team.
* Prepare timely and accurate proposals, quotes, project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
* Maintain up-to-date revenue forecasts and handle monthly billing for clients.
* Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of projects, including fostering clear communication with clients, colleagues, and suppliers; coordinating status and review meetings/calls; overseeing creative execution; managing client expectations; and ensuring timely delivery.
* Contribute to discussions and presentations for new business opportunities, coordinating input from senior colleagues as needed.
* Execute all tasks under the guidance and ongoing support of the Account Director and Client Director.
Key Skills & Experience
* Essential previous experience in account management within a creative or marketing agency setting.
* Confident and proactive attitude with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* A skilled listener who can adeptly identify the core issues and objectives of clients.
* Personable, professional, and able to instil confidence.
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong communicator.
* Efficiently manage, prioritize, and organise workloads and multiple projects.
* Collaborate effectively with the team and take the lead on projects when required.
Additional Information
* Working Hours are 9 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday (Some flexibility)
* Would consider 4 days a week (32 hours)
* Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the studio (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
