Senior Management Accountant
Oxford - Hybrid Working
£45,000 - £55,000 + pension, study support and generous annual leave allowance
We are looking for a detail focused and commercially minded Senior Management Accountant who can lead reporting, analysis and partnering for multiple sites within a growing healthcare services group that truly changes the lives of its customers.
This position reports directly into the FP&A Manager and is offering high levels of autonomy as well as exposure to a CFO who has a strong track record of developing finance teams.

- Prior experience working in a management accounting capacity - including P&L and B/S control

The Role
The successful Senior Management Accountant will manage the following:
- Preparation of monthly reported revenue including Flash, Deferrals & Final Reported revenue.
- Work with Site Managers to ensure that revenue is recorded accurately & reported to external portals monthly to ensure billing is up to date.
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments and depreciation with comments on key variances to PY / Budget where appropriate.
- Regular full review and reconciliation of all balance sheet balances
- Monthly reconciliation of accruals and prepayments
- Assist with the preparation of the cost budgets for each site.
- Review Headcount with site managers in preparation for annual budget
- Review CAPEX requirements with site managers, and monitor future spend to report to Group Finance (cash flow reporting)
We need someone who is technically capable, comfortable with management reporting and with a high attention to detail and a desire to partner with operational stakeholders.
Your Profile
We are looking for a well-educated and bright part qualified, AAT qualified or QBE accountant who is looking to take their next step into a highly autonomous role.
Someone with prior experience as an Assistant Management/Financial Accountant, Financial Accountant, Management accountant, junior finance business partner or finance analyst.
We need someone ambitious who has the commercial mindset to add value and pro-actively make improvements across the sites you manage.
