We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our enthusiastic team to work with one of our major clients, delivering their hospitality experience at their major motor racing meetings throughout the UK.
We are looking for someone who loves energetic teams, high profile brands and having the opportunity to shape and evolve activity. Someone who is confident presenting to and managing clients, likes working across a variety of activities often simultaneously, is a real team player but equally happy to work alone. The role will be required to attend 12 motor racing events throughout the year.
We're looking for someone who:
- Can do attitude and oodles of passion for live events and experiential marketing
- Has proven experience of managing end-to-end projects in a similar environment at a similar level, including responding to briefs.
- Is comfortable and confident working openly with clients on the day-to-day operation and upholds very high levels of client servicing.
- Has a lot of experience delivering projects but whose passion lies in the idea and the solution, and less about the operational delivery.
- Loves a challenge, likes to think outside traditional channels, is creative in their solution finding and is comfortable working with a team and client to do the same.
- Is passionate about experiences and enjoys leading brief responses and projects
- Has the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Your main focus in role will be:
- Client Servicing - you will be the main point of contact for client's responding to briefs and overseeing the wider team to deliver on time, on budget and with flair.
- Creative Management - from collaborating and briefing in concepts, to building your own ideas and supporting with brainstorming, you will also be expected to manage all creative requirements on an event, including briefing designers and artworkers.
- Event & Activation Delivery - you will be responsible for ensuring the events and activations run smoothly from the initial set up through to the close, overseeing the planning, production/build and logistics process.
- People Management - be that a line reportee, brand ambassador team, suppliers or colleagues within other areas of Hyphen / CPM group such as other client handlers, Creative Services, Production and Logistics.
- Finance Management - you will be creating cost estimates, negotiating best rates, protecting margins and reconciling projects.

This role is Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with some weekend work. You will be required to stay away during motor racing events.
