The Senior Account Manager, EMEA, will have the following responsibility:
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth
- Gain and showcase deep understanding of customer brand, strategy, and growth priorities.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forecast, track and analyse sales performance metrics
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quotas
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
Profile
A successful Senior Account Manager, EMEA, should have:
- 5+ years' experience in a Commercial Account Management position, ideally working with key retail clients.
- International experience would be very beneficial.
- Possess strong financial foresight and work well under pressure.
- Experience in development, or delivery of retail product programmes.
