As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships. Responsible for understanding their needs, strategizing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of our recruitment services. Other duties and responsibilities you can expect as an Account Manager include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Serving as the main point of contact for client requirements, concerns, and escalations
- Understanding client objectives, working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for account expansion and the up-selling of additional services
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for organic growth within existing accounts
- Ensuring timely renewal of contracts and agreements
- Developing account plans, outlining strategic goals and objectives
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions accordingly
- Work closely with internal teams to execute client strategies and deliverables
- Monitoring and analysing account performance against key metrics
- Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to clients
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
To be successful within this management role, you will have proven previous experience as an Account Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or key account management role. Combined with the following skills, traits, and experience:
- A strong understanding of recruitment and client needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed targets
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own work load
Please Note - Candidates must be flexible to work variable hours due to key client requirements, including early morning starts, and evening client emergency cover when required. Therefore, you must have a full UK driving license.
