Other duties and responsibilities you can expect as an Account Manager include:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
• Serving as the main point of contact for client requirements, concerns, and escalations
• Understanding client objectives, working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities for account expansion and the up-selling of additional services
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for organic growth within existing accounts
• Ensuring timely renewal of contracts and agreements
• Developing account plans, outlining strategic goals and objectives
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions accordingly
• Work closely with internal teams to execute client strategies and deliverables
• Monitoring and analysing account performance against key metrics
• Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to clients
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

To be successful within this management role, you will have proven previous experience as an Account Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or key account management role. Combined with the following skills, traits, and experience:

• A strong understanding of recruitment and client needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed targets
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own work load

Please Note - Candidates must be flexible to work variable hours due to key client requirements, including early morning starts, and evening client emergency cover when required. Therefore, you must have a full UK driving license.
