Senior Accountant / Client Manager (Part Time)

Space 8 Recruitment are looking for a very special person to join their Practice Client, based in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role is offerred on a part-time basis for 3 days a week or 5 shorter days.
This person joins a well-established firm that continue to grow and thrive. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing the work load of 4 Accountants and will be the face of the practice and the first point of contact for client conversations and queries. You may also refer clients to the practice and receive a very generous bonus for doing so.
Day to day duties will include:

• Overseeing the work of 4 Accountants

• Speaking with clients as their dedicated Client Manager to answer and queries and offer general guidance

• You may chose to remain hands-on and prepare accounts, or be happy to over-see and support.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be ACCA or ACA fully qualified
• Must be from a Practice background
• Could be stepping up into this role or already performing in this role

Benefits & Bonuses:

• My client offers a very generous bonus of 20% of the first year's billings for all new clients brought on board. Your influence on this could be as little as providing a lead, or could be that you have fully on- boarded the new client. The bonus is paid upfront in your next monthly salary based on estimated billings in year one, so you feel the benefit of this immediately.
• This Practice offers 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays!
