Senior Accounts Assistant

Are you looking for a new an exciting new opportunity with a business based in Horley who are looking to hire a Senior Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis? or if you are immediately available, temp to perm!

Working in a small finance team you will have the ability to pitch in to all areas and add value. My client offers very competitive pay depending on experience and a great working environment! this is full time office based.

Duties will include

• process invoices on sage 200
• Set up new Sale ledger accounts
• Monitor and chase self-bill invoices
• Monitor accounts inbox and investigate customer queries.
• Credit score customers - Every 6 months
• Sending out statements & chasing letters
• Post payments from Bank, Credit Card and Cash sales on to accounts package.
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit control via phone and email
• Producing aged debtors' analysis monthly
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• HR admin & Payroll responsibilities onto sage 200 on a weekly and monthly basis for self employed and permanent members of staff

You will be / have

• Strong all round accounts back ground / knowledge
• A driver due to office location
• Great communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Immediately available or available on max 1 month notice
• Some previous payroll experience would be advantageous
