Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our growing client North Bristol client looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk. This Senior Accounts Payable clerk role offers the opportunity to work for an incredibly exciting, successful, and resilient company.
This Senior Accounts Payable Clerk role is a newly created role and offers growth and succession planning whilst working closely with the finance team and the wider organisation.
The role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):
- Working with AP clerks to ensure timely processing of invoices
- Bank reconciliations and statement reconciliations
- Projects to streamline current Accounts Payable processes
- Reconciliation between Accounts Payable systems
- Reviewing of payment runs
- Deal with supplier queries to provide a swift resolution
- Working with wider finance team
- Adhoc queries
The ideal candidate:
- Must have a strong Accounts Payable background
- Strong excel skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
