Description

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist role is a project role initially on a 6 month contract basis. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager key responsibilities will include:

• Managing historic clean-up of aged GRNI balances
• Managing clean-up of supplier ledger
• Identification and resolution of historic issues raised relating to supplier reconciliations and GRNI.
• Documentation of AP Process and link through to Standard Operating Procedures
• Project Documentation for pending PTP Changes
• Working with IT to ensure AP are ready for incoming change projects
• Data clean up required to support incoming PTP Projects.
• PTP Training and documentation of new processes
• Project support for AP Managers to ensure they can focus on day to day and current process

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

• Have extensive experience in end to end Accounts Payable processes
• Have experience of GRNI
• Be able to commute 2 days per week to Wythenshawe office
• Be able to consider a 6 month contract initially
