What we need from you as a Senior Admin Assistant:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar admin/office based role, with proven first-class administration skills, organised, efficient etc
- Be flexible to work from home, or from one of their offices in Worcester or Gloucester
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Ambitious with a positive outlook, someone that isn't fazed by new and changing systems
- Confident meeting/dealing with customers
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- You will be self-motivated, able to work alone or as part of a team
- Good all round customer service skills - with colleagues and customers
- Hold a current UK Driving Licence
What the role involves:
As Senior Admin Assistant, you will be supporting the Sales Director and Fire Protection Manager and will oversee the administration of the fire protection department. Duties include:
- Dealing with all new enquiries from customer
- Updating various systems and databases
- Occasional site visits to look at work carried out as part of your CPD.
- Support the admin for projects from the initial enquiry through to invoicing and beyond
- Have an understanding of job requirements from a technical and H&S perspective
- Ensure correct paperwork in place to ensure the smooth running of the job
- Liaise with subcontrators and suppliers and raise purchase orders
- Be at the forefront during external office audits
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Sales Director or Fire Protection Manager
Salary: Circa £26K - £28K depending on experience. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm.
