Senior Admin Support - Project Temporary

Working for a leading public sector organisation in Sheffield, you will be part of a new project team providing full Admin Support for various project-related tasks.

-Salary guide £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
-Sheffield central city location
- Hybrid 3 days office 2 days home
- 37 hours a week 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Your new role
This will be a busy role providing all round administration experience and would suit a candidate with previous project-administration based experience.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide Admin Support to a project against the delivery of a specific organisation programme. This role will report to the Project Manager and duties of the post will include;
- Progress actions for Project Leads
- Take notes in meetings, record actions, prepare for meetings
- Support with preparation of various reports extracting data into report format e.g Word, PowerPoint or Excel
- Complete updates and logs of issues in the project work in progress, maintain the database
- Finance admin tasks - manage PO\'s, aligning invoices on the project
- Complete associated admin tasks for various stakeholders and managers as required
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role before and be able to complete the duties of the role
Good project based admin skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Intermediate Excel skills
