Working Pattern - Flexible 2 days per week

£14.74 - £17.03 per hour PAYE (Dependant on experience)

£18.15 - £21.08 per hour LTD Umbrella (Dependant on experience)

My client, a Brighton based University, is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team and assist in the following duties:

• Attending briefings to understand ongoing workload required.• Maintaining accurate task lists.• Arranging group meetings.• Setting up and taking notes in meetings. • Ensuring files are up to date. • Placing bookings for students, arranging travel when necessary.

This opportunity would suit someone who is well organised and possesses strong administrative and communication skills, including use of the Microsoft suite and Box (or similar file sharing software).
