We are seeking an Senior Administrator to provide high-level administrative support. The role involves a diverse and changing workload, requiring excellent prioritisation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake and manage administrative projects, liaise with various departments, and deliver detailed and well-presented results.
Day to Day of the Role:- Manage key administrative duties.
- Understand the operation of the departments and know when and to whom to refer matters.
- Deal with a wide range of people within and outside the company at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Provide items, produce agendas and minutes for meetings, and maintain detailed records.
- Coordinate events and functions, ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures.
- Create, distribute, and analyse satisfaction questionnaires.
- Research and administer schemes like the Cycle to Work Scheme.
- Respond to general emails, compile briefing notes, and lead tender processes.
- Proven track record in high-level administrative roles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Diplomatic, tactful, and sensitive in handling confidential information.
- Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
