Role:
As a Senior Advisor you will offer end to end customer servicing by completing a wide range of customer activities, including direct engagement with both internal and external customers.
Day to day accountabilities will include:
- Communicating daily with customers, maintaining strong business relationships
- Deal with complaints where necessary to drive positive outcomes and then share best practice to mitigate further issues
- Contribute to challenging quality measures in line with Governance & Compliance standards
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to support improved customer servicing and / or reduce operating costs
- Take responsibility for high volume processing and the handling of tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- IT literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player, with the ability to work independently
