Interim Junior HR Manager (Senior HR Advisor Level)Position: Interim Junior HR Manager (Senior HR Advisor Level)Duration: Beginning of April to Mid-June; potential for extension Location: St Albans/HarpendenHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Conduct redundancy consultations. Organise and facilitate consultation meetings.
Perform necessary calculations related to redundancy packages.
Draft and send out official redundancy letters. Collaborate with HR Admin for letter preparation.
Requirements:
Senior HR Advisor level experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and organisational skills.
Familiarity with redundancy processes. Compensation:
The hourly rate is equivalent to £45,000 annually, depending on experience.
