WHAT TO EXPECT
We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support our teams in delivering great work throughout our engagements.
You’ll play a key role in developing great team dynamics, bringing agile methods and mindset to life, uncovering and solving challenges, and bringing our principles for quality, engineering and delivery together to realise great delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Work with multidisciplinary partner teams to deliver digital technology using appropriate agile methodologies; learning & iterating frequently.
- Ensure the teams have the right delivery strategy to succeed in delivering work and their processes are optimal and collaborative.
- Have end to end delivery involvement, supporting, facilitating and driving the right process, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the lifecycle.
- Help our teams and their stakeholders develop and maintain viable product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring they are deliverable at the right time.
- Play a key role in team culture and spirit.
- Do the ‘Day to day’ really well, including facilitating and coordinating people, workshops and processes.
- Develop appropriate Metrics, team data and lean governance alongside key project stakeholders.
- Implement best-in-class delivery approaches in an agile and DevOps native environment.

- Agile delivery through multi-disciplinary teams in a DevOps environment
- Can explain and apply the fundamentals of Agile, DevOps, iterative software development and incremental delivery to the new, the initiated and the experienced.
- Comfortable challenging existing thinking in a positive way
- An adaptable and pragmatic approach and a curious mind, continually asking ‘why?’
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence and Lucid or Miro
