You’ll be working closely with our multi-disciplined teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products we deliver, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as we transform how JLR builds and operates digital vehicles, together.
We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate and lead our digital product and service engagements with JLR. You'll support the team in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring our deliveries drive and exceed our standards e2e. We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, enthusiasm and determination for this role, rather than someone with a lot of experience. We want the right person for this role, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow, working with lots of the great people we have here at JLR.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Delivery of products using appropriate agile methodologies, learning & iterating frequently
- End to end involvement, supporting, facilitating and driving the right process, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the Product lifecycle.
- Helping our Product teams and their stakeholders build, maintain and prioritise product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring they are deliverable at the right time.
- Play a key role in team culture and spirit.
- Doing the ‘Day to day; well, including facilitation of scrum teams for greater creativity and improved efficiency, managing the scrum process and the coordination of multiple scrum teams
- Metrics and Agile ‘reporting’ and lean governance alongside key project stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Understanding of Agile Scrum practices and Agile techniques.
- Experience in managing Agile Delivery through multi-disciplinary teams in a CE/CI/CD environment.
- Can explain the fundamentals of Agile and iterative software development and incremental delivery to both the new and the experienced.
- Experience of working with Stakeholders.
- An adaptable and pragmatic approach and a curious mind, continually asking ‘why’.
- An appreciation of what ‘better’ looks like, and the will to make improvements happen.
- Building and sustaining team culture and spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
