• They have recently gone through a transformation to ensure all decisions are made with the customer in mind, thus maximising their new loyalty scheme.
• Their data platform grants access to range of data sets and a variety of data sources, which they're keen to use more and make the most of!

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

You will be joining the Customer Analytics team as well as reporting to the Head of Analytics. You can expect to:

• Work through a goldmine of data to find insights and actionable recommendations, then implement these solutions for the benefit of the business
• Partner with different stakeholders around the business to understand their data needs and how you can support through insight delivery
• Work with wider teams across market research, pricing, customer experience, web analytics and data science to understand how these all come together as part of the customer journey
• Manage a small team of analysts and ensure their development and project success
• Get involved in the team's analytics work to ensure standards and best practice end-to-end, with a focus on delivering insights to stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

You will be expected to:

• Have previous insights experience, able to give examples of proactive analysis
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data work and analysis
• Strong communication skills for sharing insights and actionable recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Direct/line management experience

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Base salary up to £60,000
• Car allowance on top of this (~£5,000 annually)
• Wider package including bonus potential, generous pension contributions, holiday, etc.
• Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office south of Birmingham - on-site parking, easiest to get to by driving
