About the Role
- The Antitrust, Competition and Trade team manages a diverse portfolio of high-quality work. This is including EU and UK mergers, competition investigations, litigation, advisory services, and regulatory and trade matters such as sanctions.
- The firm also offer extensive counsel on public procurement, state aid, and CMA consumer enforcement.
As the team expands, they are seeking individuals passionate about competition and regulatory law, with an interest in collaborating closely with their esteemed Technology, Media, Life Sciences, and Energy teams, where demand for competition-related expertise continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a strong foundation and practical experience in UK and EU competition law, with a willingness to learn FDI, public procurement, state aid/subsidy, and/or trade law.
- Have an interest in a well-rounded practice encompassing transactional, contentious, and advisory aspects.
- Have 2-6 years of PQE.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and drafting skills, with a knack for concise articulation.
- Exhibit robust commercial acumen, capable of delivering focused strategic advice to clients.
