Description
· Processing Invoices through Oracle
· Processing Employee Expenses
· Assisting with weekly payment runs
· Working with multicurrency
· Dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner
· Provide support to all users of our expense and travel system.
· Credit card Administration - Maintain companies credit card user list providing support for employees.
Ad hoc Project work in relation to moving to new ERP system
Profile
A successful Senior AP Clerk should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
