As the Senior Architect you will be responsible for the delivery of projects within the Residential, Masterplanning, Education and Commercial sectors.
Senior Architect Requirements:
- ARB/RIBA chartered Architect
- Demonstrable extensive post-qualification UK industry experience
- Design & technical leadership qualities
- Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial
- Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
- Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications
- Able to provide a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
- Experience managing planning applications & Building Regulations
- Knowledge of UK best practice standards
