Senior Architect Technician

We are an independent award-winning architectural practice based in Slough currently looking to add to our dedicated team of experienced Architects and Technicians. BASIC SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:Senior Architect Technician
 
Your main responsibility as our Senior Architect Technician will be to work closely with Architects and Designers forming the link between concept design and completed construction to a range of clients across different sectors. As a Senior Architect Technician, the expectation will be to give support and advice to other members of the team.
 
In addition to this your main duties include:
· Managing and leading the team through relevant work stages, managing client portfolio with responsibility for client liaison and project output to agreed programmes.
· Assisting the business in the role out of the transition to REVIT.
· Prepare and present design proposals to clients using Computer Aided Design.
· Prepare tender documentation whilst evaluating all tenders and contracts during a project.  
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION:Senior Architect Technician
 
You will already have experience working with and exposure working in an architectural practice with direct client interaction and responsibility for project delivery. What we want is that extra bit more, we want a proactive attitude when creating new opportunities with a strong attention to detail.
 
We also want you to:
· Be proficient using REVIT.
· Have good project management skills working multiple projects at different RIBA work stages 0-7.
· Demonstrate good knowledge of CDM regulations.
· Understand the design aspects of a construction project in order to consult clients on any issues.
