We are currently recruiting a Senior Architect to join a growing architectural practice that is looking to hire to help with ever-increasing demand for their services. This practice are looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced candidate to join their team, which has led them to be one of the leading practices in the north west.
Within this position you'll be heavily responsible for maintaining and developing client and contractor relationships so previous experience doing this is vital. You'll be joining a design-led practice, so having demonstratable design flair is key, alongside the ability to take projects from concept to completion, with particularly strong skills in project delivery stages.
This practice has clients across the UK and abroad in Asia. They work across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, healthcare and educational institutions, as well as industrial developments and regenerative master planning projects.
You'll also be helping more junior members of staff develop, guiding them through the early stages of their career. As a Senior Architect you'll also be leading small teams and managing projects from start to finish.
Requirements & Responsibilities - Senior Architect
- ARB Registered Architect
- 5+ years of experience post qualification
- Deliver, manage, and lead a team on various projects.
- Up to date knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
- Creative flair
