We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in their Reigate office.
Having only been founded just two years ago, the company has experienced a rapid period of growth and is now looking to extend its reach further in the form of a new Senior Architectural Technician!
With a team that bases their work over a collective 30 years of experience, this company provides a range of services across their London, Gatwick and Surrey studios, the latter of which you will be working at. With a team of 11 staff, this is a tight knit yet highly professional group that will ensure an excellent working environment to be a part of.
This RIBA practice has sustainability at the heart of all they do, ensuring their designs and projects enhance the environment around them, whether this is through innovative new buildings or re-purposing existing ones. Candidates with this shared passion for sustainability in how they conduct business would be ideal for the company.
Operating in a variety of different areas, candidates will be provided with a varied work balance. These projects will be spanned across both London and Surrey and will include working on Home Renovations & Extensions, New Builds, and PassivHaus, Net Zero Design and Retrofit, so experience in these fields is ideal. The role is also predominantly Revit-based, so it is crucial to have a grasp of this software.

The salary for this position ranges from £30,000-£40,000 depending on previous experience, as well as numerous additional working bonuses.
The Role: Senior Architectural Technician
* Specialises in top end architecture with a significant attention to detail
* Undertaking Measure Surveys and drawing up results
* Produce various drawings including Initial, Concept, Detailed, Planning, Site Plans, and Elevations
* Revit-based in practice
* Strengths within detailing and on-site coordination of works
* In-depth knowledge of planning and building regulations
* From concept designs to completion, offering a full service through planning and building regulations
