Senior Architectural Technician (Technical)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in UK Residential and Mixed Use projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excel in technical drawings and possess exceptional proficiency in Revit. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our residential and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical drawings and documentation for residential and mixed-use projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
• Utilise Revit for 3D modelling and BIM coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the UK architectural industry.
• Proven track record in successful house builder projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
• Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations and codes.
