Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Altrincham, Greater Manchester joining an award-winning practice, covering education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, and later-living sectors. For this role, they are offering a range of benefits up to £45,000, Hybrid and Paid memberships

This company currently has around 50 employees in their Northern HQ but also operates out of a smaller southern office. This year marked their 40th anniversary and they are now looking to expand the team due to this continued success and strong pipeline of work.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will take a technical lead on residential projects, and management, and collaborate with the wider design and technical team members, you will be reporting to the director of residential
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality completion within budget
• Maintain effective communication and foster collaboration with all project stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of UK experience post-qualification
• Experience working on multi-unit residential, Social housing, or retirement living projects
• Working from RIBA stage 2 onward with project teams providing technical support
• Strong client-facing skills and comfortably take the lead in meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders
• CIAT
• Proven experience running and managing projects and teams
• Proficiency working in Revit and AutoCAD.
