SalarySenior Architectural Technologist required to join the Leeds office of a national property design consultancy to support the successful design and technical delivery of a variety of challenging projects across multiple sectors.

As Senior Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for managing projects through all design stages from conception to completion You will be expected to play a key part in the successful delivery of various traditional and design & build projects, including preparation of drawings and specifications, undertaking surveys and obtaining tender quotations.
You will work closely with other design and project management professionals within the business and supervise junior members of staff and deliver new innovative projects. It’s imperative that suitable candidates are able to manage resources and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget, the ideal candidate will be able to deliver on our customers’ requirements and work under minimum direction.
The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will also be required to have the following –
- HNC/HND in a related discipline or can demonstrate significant relevant experience
- CSC card or is prepared to immediately attain
- Membership of the Institute of Architectural Technologist and be working or prepared to work towards chartered status
- Experience in a similar of related role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
- Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos
- Familiar with Revit software
- Previous job running and site-based project delivery experience.
A Competitive salary DOE in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum is on offer, plus the following benefits.

Our client operates a Leeds City centre working hub where their staff chose which day they come into the office, typically you will work remotely for the majority of the working week with office & site visits 1-2 days per week.
