Job Description: Employment Solicitor
Location: Sheffield City Centre
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 Basic + Bonus
Holiday: 25 Days + Statutory Holidays

CRA Consulting, on behalf of a prestigious and well-known law firm located in the heart of Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a solicitor with over 5 years PQE, who has a proven track record of winning respondent work or has a following to introduce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on a range of employment law matters to a diverse client base.
* Manage a varied caseload of employment law issues including but not limited to unfair dismissal, discrimination, and redundancy.
* Actively engage in business development activities to generate new respondent work.
* Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
* Collaborate with colleagues within the employment team and across other practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
* Keep abreast of changes in employment law and ensure clients are informed and advised accordingly.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law, with substantial experience in respondent work.
* Demonstrable success in business development and the ability to bring a following is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a demanding caseload effectively.
* A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
