Role: Senior Estimator
Sector: Construction / Building Materials / Doors & Door Sets
Location: The Doncaster Area
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Totally Depending on Experience - could be more)
Monday-Friday
We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Estimator to join a leading manufacturer and distributor within the construction supplies industry.
It is key that we find someone with experience in estimating, ideally in relation to doors and door sets but estimators or sales estimators from the construction supplies sector may well suffice. Also, a sales background may well be suited but if this was the case then there would have to be some technical aspect to your current role as this estimating role is based on using and communicating technical know-how. Customer service and attention to detail are key with a methodical approach. You will be working closely with the internal sales team dealing with enquiries but in addition to that you'll be dealing with Quantity Surveyors and other building professionals within National Contractors, house builders and developers etc. The ideal candidate would be GIA Accredited.
This role is a great chance for someone to develop within a business who will offer them the opportunities to do so. Industry experience is preferable however we will also look at a strong sales background but only really if it is a technical sales role or specifically related to doors or door furniture / ironmongery.
