The successful candidate will advise clients with the tax aspects of the following :
- Property investment and development structures
- Islamic compliant finance structures
- Corporate share sales (including tax covenants and tax warranties)
- Asset sales (including TOGC provisions)
- Commercial property sales
- Landlord and tenant transactions
- Joint ventures
- Group reorganisations
- Housing projects
- Urban and land regeneration projects
- Employment tax aspects including share scheme arrangements and management incentives
Experience and skills required:
- 5+ years PQE within advising on a range of Corporate Tax matters
- Strong client focus
- Proven ability to manage files and take on responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and a credible approach
- Drive and motivation
- Commercial awareness
Hours and Benefits:
- 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
