THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-established audio post-production studio based in central London.
THE ROLE
As Senior Bookings Producer, you will join a team that runs the reception area, coordinates the sound engineers and caters for all client needs each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Voiceover Casting for projects coming in
- Book and co-ordinate sound sessions using ScheduALL
- Discuss rates/deals and produce quotes for clients.
- Finalise costs after sessions are complete
- Chase clients for purchase orders so work can be invoiced efficiently
- Work closely with Runners, Transfer Department and Engineers
- Manage the delegation of work of the Booking team
- Appraise team members and manage their career development
- Be the main point of contact for any crisis-management
- Be the first to greet clients and other visitors on arrival
- Take incoming calls from clients and manage effectively
THE PERSON
With previous experience as a Booking Producer within a creative/post-production business, you will be friendly, professional and confident and have excellent customer service skills. Calm under pressure, you will be highly organised with a strong work ethic. Ideally, you will have voiceover casting experience,
Strong administration skills are a must, and you should be financially savvy in order to discuss and negotiate rates with clients.
Previous management or team leader experience would be useful, and a love or interest in sound would be a distinct advantage.
