Your new role
As a senior manager, you will be planning, organising, and leading audit engagements for various clients and sectors. Your day-to-day duties will include reviewing audit work and communicating with clients, stakeholders, and regulators and resolving any issues or queries. Additionally, you will take the lead in the supervising, coaching, and mentoring of audit juniors/seniors, ensuring their performance and development. Alongside carrying out this high-quality audit work, you will receive continuous support throughout your role.
What you'll need to succeed
Thisorganisation is seeking a professional Senior Manager with extensive experienceworking in an audit team within a practice carrying out high-quality auditwork. Experience in all three aspects of an Audit and plenty of exposure tocoaching junior members will allow you to be successful in this job role. Youwill be ACA/ ACCA qualified. The organisation is looking for an individual withexcellent interpersonal and managerial skills with a strong commitment toproviding professional excellence to help you to build strong clientrelationships, as well as good analytical review skills. The ideal candidatewill be willing to learn and expand upon their own skillset as an auditprofessional.
