Central Employment are looking for a Senior AV Account Manager to join a leading and fast growing multi-channel media agency. They offer bespoke media solutions from TV, Radio, Digital and Social Media, to a range of UK and International clients within the FMCG, Sports and Online Gaming.
My client is looking at talent across Leeds and Manchester with experience in AV and Media Buying, who can travel to Newcastle on a regular basis.
Job Description:
- Overall responsibility for your teams work flow, output and development
- Manage all AV output and deliver on client PRF’s + audit targets
- Drive strong media owner relationships, being the point person for escalation of issues across commercial negotiations and issues of buying across AV.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring your team are well trained and are given direction in their career development, to include recruitment and performance management
- Sharing your POV on the market, helping to shape the future of team with your views on developments across AV
Experience/knowledge required:
- TV Buying experience is an essential requirement
- Knowledge of TV performance
- Strong understanding of AV Media
- Proactive and has the ability to just get on and get the task done.
- Manage your own own time and ensure deadline are consistently met
- The ability to juggle workload, by managing multiple clients at once
- Can manage multiple campaigns on a daily basis
- Works well under pressure
- Experience in managing client & supplier relationships
- Strong excel knowledge
