Senior Azure Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is required on an initial 6month contract outside of IR35 with over 18months of work available. With a one stage interview over MS Teams, we urgently need someone with a technical background within Azure where you have built out and implemented frameworks, set up Azure landing zones, configure automation pipelines and troubleshooting. My client needs to rationalise all the alerting that is setup and have targeted notifications i.e. reduce noise. Clear pathways need to be defined for templating future observability requirements for new initiatives. The need here is for someone who can develop code for monitoring and observability.
The successful
Senior Azure Site Reliability Engineer will have sound experience in -
- Azure - built out and implemented frameworks, set up Azure landing zones, configure automation pipelines and troubleshooting.
- Experience migrating on-premise infrastructure to the Azure Cloud.
- Experience with deploying and maintaining automation technologies like Terraform.
- Scripting experience for automation of tasks.
- Configure and monitor infrastructure usage over time and with alerts to ensure they are always ‘one step ahead' of demand.
