Work with the regional sales manager to select bids that match Tesla criteria, develop and write compelling bids and proposals and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our bids are competitive and meet the requirements of our clients and Tesla
Develop innovative proposals that exceed market standards. Think out of the box and be proactive in our proposal strategy

5 to 10 years in the energy industry
Strong writing and communication skills, ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships. We are on board a fast rocket, so communication is key
Understanding of the battery energy storage or renewables markets, both economically and technically
Extreme attention to detail - there are many documents involved
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the tender process
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong English skills are required; business proficiency in other languages is a plus
