Senior Compensation And Benefits Specialist

A global leading Food & Beverage organization is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist with expertise in Job Architecture, M&A harmonisation and building salary ranges.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Compensation and Benefits strategies that align with the organization's new business objectives pre and post finalisation of a transformational acquisition. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role is a FTC - 9-12 months and offers highly flexible working from home environment.

Key tasks will include:

• Support global grading, Compensation and Benefits harmonisation project across the combination of two companies across a range of workstreams
• Support the design and implementation of a new job architecture framework that supports the new organizational design and career progression
• Develop and maintain new salary structures and pay ranges based on market data and internal equity considerations
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
• Collaborate with HR partners, finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
• Analyse compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitive positioning in the market
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst ideally with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Job Architecture, and Salary Range Building
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills. Experience with HRIS (Workday and Success Factors) and compensation software is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus
