Senior Biomedical Engineer (Hospital-Based) - Technical Expertise in Hospital Settings

Main Objective:
Reporting to the Team Leader/Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site scheduled and corrective maintenance services for our valued hospital clients. Your extensive technical knowledge and unwavering commitment to delivering top-quality support will ensure our customers consistently receive the highest level of service.
Main Tasks:
*Execute planned preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of medical devices within hospital facilities.
*Ensure meticulous completion of service reports, strictly adhering to our Quality Management System.
*Collaborate seamlessly with various hospital departments to coordinate scheduled visits and repairs.
*Uphold and enhance quality systems to align with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards.
*Efficiently utilize Trust Database Systems for streamlined asset management.
*Identify and drive process improvements to elevate the standard of customer service within hospital settings.
*Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with our hospital clients to ensure the success of contracts.
*Contribute to enhancing the company's profile and expanding our multi-vendor business.
*Adhere diligently to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 quality systems, MHRA guidelines, and OEM Protocols.
*Consistently comply with all company policies and procedures.
*Provide invaluable customer service support to the Team Leader.
Key Skills:
*Ideally, possess a minimum of HNC/HND in Electronics/Microprocessors/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
*Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Biomedical Engineer, with a specific focus on medical devices within hospital settings.
*Proven track record of working effectively within the UK healthcare sector.
*Strong understanding of and strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including MHRA, Health and Safety, and Quality.
*Proficiency in IT systems for efficient asset management and work reporting.
*Dedication to continuous personal development.
*Team player capable of thriving in a competitive environment while delivering exceptional individual performance.
*Strong problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
